If you’re already registered, you can go straight to filling out the exam application. Any changes to the OTR profile can only be made once and must be done by October 1, 2024, if you’re applying for this exam.

You can correct mistakes on the application form (not including the OTR profile) between September 25, 2024, and October 1, 2024. Once you submit your application, you can’t take it back. Make sure to submit only one application. If multiple applications are received, only the one with the highest Registration ID (RID) will be considered. Government employees need to notify their Head of Office or Department about their application.
