Eligibility Criteria for NCRTC Recruitment 2024
Educational Requirements and Experience:
- Assistant Manager (Electrical):
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B. Tech.) or a Diploma in Electrical Engineering (full-time).
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience for degree holders or 8 years for diploma holders.
- Age Limit: Up to 56 years old.
- Current Salary Range:
- CDA Pay Scale: Rs. 56,100 to Rs. 1,77,500 (L10) or Rs. 53,100 to Rs. 1,67,800 (L9) or higher.
- IDA Pay Scale: Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 1,60,000 (E2) or higher.
- Alternatively, the last 3 years of service should be in the pay scale of Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 1,40,000 (E1).
- Senior Executive (Protocol):
- Education: Any full-time graduate degree, with a preference for those with a PG Diploma in Management.
- Experience: 10 years of experience working in Railways or Metro Rail.
- Age Limit: Up to 56 years old.
- Current Salary Range:
- CDA Pay Scale: Rs. 47,600 to Rs. 1,51,100 (L8) or higher.
- IDA Pay Scale: Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 1,40,000 (E1) or higher.
- Alternatively, the last 3 years of service should be in the pay scale of Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 1,20,000 (E0).
